1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a client-facing role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.30 to $34.00. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
