- Operate point‑of‑sale systems and CRM tools to record client preferences, sales activity and inventory movements accurately.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with store management and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and local commercial initiatives.
- Professional, polished presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients; clienteling experience required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak season demands typical of a resort location.
