1. Lead and foster employee well-being, ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Manage third-party service providers and outsourced teams.
3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all facility spaces.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ODHR to drive employee well-being activities.
5. Oversee office, facility, and workplace management.
6. Ensure the provision of a sustainable, safe, healthy, and well-being workplace.
7. Manage furniture and fixtures, office equipment and supplies, mailing, courier, and security services.
8. Support facility management in lease administration and contract management.
9. Handle building management responsibilities and maintain relationships with landlords and third-party service providers.
10. Involve in facilities budgeting and cost control management.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
