1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive facilities management strategies across boutiques and offices.
2. Design, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facilities.
3. Manage security, cleaning, pest control, repair, and amenities with centralized oversight.
4. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure operational excellence and identify efficiency improvements.
5. Oversee the care, maintenance, and replacement of specialized art pieces.
6. Ensure uninterrupted operations by swiftly addressing ad-hoc or emergency facility issues.
7. Manage facility security systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance.
8. Oversee office expansion, renovation, and retrofit projects, ensuring alignment with Chanel standards.
9. Build and manage partnerships with external service providers and monitor vendor performance.
10. Develop, manage, and control the facilities maintenance budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
11. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
12. Implement sustainable practices and support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
13. Partner with People Experience to enhance employee wellness and workplace experience.

1. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, preferably within luxury retail or hospitality.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
3. Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related fields are an advantage.

1. Strong hands-on experience with IT and audio-visual systems, and core building electrical and mechanical systems.
2. In-depth understanding of building infrastructure, systems, and operations.
3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
4. Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes of operational requests.
5. Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

A minimum of 10 years in facilities management, with a focus on multi-story commercial buildings and luxury environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
