1. Manage the dynamic and complex schedule of the General Management and Executive Committee.
2. Coordinate appointments and prepare meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
3. Organize team seminars and travel arrangements for the Executive Committee.
4. Handle invoicing related to General Management expenses and manage travel budgets and expense reports for the executive team.
5. Ensure efficient information flow within the organization.
6. Organize sensitive site visits, including security arrangements and hospitality.
7. Manage reservations for special event venues and meeting rooms.

1. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships internally and externally.
4. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
5. Proficiency in English at a B2 level minimum; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Previous experience in an executive assistant role is required, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex administrative tasks.
