Chanel Executive Assistant

- Manage the dynamic and complex schedule of the General Management and Executive Committee.
- Coordinate appointments and prepare meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Organize team seminars and travel arrangements for the Executive Committee.
- Handle invoicing related to General Management expenses and manage travel budgets and expense reports for the executive team.
- Ensure efficient information flow within the organization.
- Organize sensitive site visits, including security arrangements and hospitality.
- Manage reservations for special event venues and meeting rooms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships internally and externally.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level minimum; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proactive and reactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software tools.
Previous experience in an executive assistant role is required, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex administrative tasks.
