1. Manage the schedule of the International Director of Market Animation, prioritizing appointments and serving as the primary liaison with key stakeholders at the division headquarters and markets.
2. Coordinate internal preparation points in alignment with strategic planning timelines.
3. Organize complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
4. Plan and execute internal events such as seminars and team days.
5. Provide daily administrative support, ensuring seamless communication with various teams and internal stakeholders.
6. Participate in ad-hoc projects supporting the team.
7. Serve as a backup for the President's assistants during absences and events coordinated by Market Animation.

1. Proven experience in a similar role demonstrating autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, versatility, proactivity, service orientation, and discretion.
2. Ability to work collaboratively with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to interact with various levels of stakeholders.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
