1. Provide daily assistance to the Directors of Finance and IT, including managing schedules and organizing travel.
2. Assist in coordinating meetings and organizing team seminars/events, including preparing agendas, drafting and distributing minutes, and managing logistics.
3. Offer administrative support to teams, including budget tracking and onboarding new employees.
4. Ensure smooth communication with various stakeholders at headquarters and boutiques, in close coordination with other executive assistants.
5. Manage specific dossiers and prepare associated presentation materials.

1. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a demanding environment.

2. Strong sense of service and confidentiality.
3. Autonomy and proactivity in proposing solutions.
4. Creativity and excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
6. Fluent in English.

A first experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant in a demanding environment is required.
