1. Support the Footwear Development Operations team to ensure smooth service operations.
2. Assist the Director of Footwear Operations in managing schedules.
3. Organize travel arrangements for the team.
4. Coordinate meetings and collection schedules, including room reservations.
5. Manage sample logistics for various departments, including Italy and Image/Press loans.
6. Prepare products for meetings, including receiving and sending pairs to Italy.
7. Assist the team with specific projects and administrative tasks.

1. Specialized training in Executive Assistance, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent.

1. Strong product affinity and attention to detail.
2. Excellent confidentiality, prioritization, and responsiveness.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
5. Proficiency in French; Italian language skills are advantageous.

Relevant experience in executive assistance or a similar role within a luxury fashion environment is preferred.

Specialized training in Executive Assistance, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent.
