Executive Assistant, Fashion Accessories Operations

1. Manage team schedules and planning.
2. Prepare travel arrangements in France and Italy, including flights, hotels, and amenities.
3. Participate in establishing the annual governance of the division.
4. Organize team-building events.
5. Assist the Director in formalizing documents such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel files.
6. Create and implement tracking and management tools, including travel budgets.
7. Support the Accessories Executive Assistant in sending supplier gifts.
8. Oversee visual management of the department.
9. Conduct competitive studies or benchmarks to support team task forces.

1. Specialized training in executive assistance, secretarial work, or assistant management.
2. Ideally, initial experience in executive assistance.

1. Confidentiality and prioritization skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
4. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
