Chanel Executive Assistant
Chanel, a paragon of luxury and elegance, stands as an independent entity that champions creative freedom, nurtures human potential, and actively seeks to make a positive impact globally. As part of its illustrious heritage, Chanel is expanding its industrial footprint with a new site dedicated to the production and packaging of perfumes. This site, located in Venette, will employ approximately 200 individuals, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team within a renowned brand.
- Facilitate the daily operations of the Executive Management by managing organizational and administrative tasks.
- Act as a direct representative of the company and its Executive Committee to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the launch phase of the new site with administrative, logistical, and organizational tasks, including event coordination.
- Manage the schedules of the Executive Management and the Executive Committee.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and assist in the preparation of presentations and communications.
- Organize team seminars and travel arrangements for the Executive Committee.
- Handle invoicing related to Executive Management expenses and manage travel budgets and expense reports.
- Contribute to internal communication to enhance information flow, team cohesion, and project engagement.
- Organize site visits, including security badge arrangements, meeting room reservations, and hospitality logistics.
- Coordinate site activities and events in alignment with corporate milestones and thematic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2) in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in a demanding industrial environment.
- Autonomy and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability to unforeseen circumstances and last-minute changes.
- Proficiency in office software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Proven experience in a similar role demonstrating autonomy, organizational skills, versatility, and proactive service orientation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2)
