Chanel Exceptional Pieces Production Coordinator

- Manage materials and components, including ordering and receiving paving stones, handling returns, and conducting inventory.
- Receive and verify watch kits, create technical sheets, and manage the physical stock of components.
- Record metal movements and transactions in the ERP system (Topaze), including supplier orders and delivery notes.
- Plan production schedules in collaboration with project managers and participate in meetings between the Atelier and Studio.
- Monitor production timelines, prioritize fabrication launches, and manage subcontracting processes.
- Coordinate rapid prototyping, including 3D printing, and oversee quality control preparations.
- Draft and implement operational processes and contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system.
- 5 to 10 years of significant experience in the Jewelry or Fine Jewelry industry, preferably in a production workshop.
- Exceptional organizational and precision skills.
- Ability to thrive in a complex and demanding Haute-Joaillerie environment.
- Strong product sensitivity and affinity for the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Topaze, Photoshop, ModelWorks, and PackOffice.
5 to 10 years of significant experience in the Jewelry or Fine Jewelry industry, preferably in a production workshop.
