1. Manage and participate in studies evaluating the efficacy of cosmetic products using skin explant culture models.
2. Conduct skin explant cultures, histology, immunostaining, and image analysis.
3. Develop molecular biology experiments, including DNA, RNA, and protein extraction, assays, Western Blot, and qPCR from skin explants.
4. Contribute to the development of innovative explant models for product efficacy evaluation.
5. Compile and present research findings.
6. Draft Standard Operating Procedures, forms, and equipment instructions.
7. Adhere to quality systems and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

1. Currently pursuing a degree in biology or biotechnology.
2. Strong knowledge of skin biology and cell culture.
3. Experience in histology is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with histology is beneficial.

Pursuing a degree in biology or biotechnology.
