1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale events with high attention to detail.

4. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
