Event Strategy Assistant

1. Participate in the planning and preparation of events within the Global Event Strategy team.
2. Contribute to the regular updating of materials for markets and internal departments for event planning and follow-up.
3. Conduct product analyses necessary for event preparation, including project/event tracking.
4. Collect and provide information related to event results, updating tracking documents, planning debriefings, collecting photos, and following up on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
5. Synthesize and analyze event results to extract key learnings for sharing with Global teams and markets.
6. Consolidate the Competitor’s Events Benchmark in collaboration with markets.
7. Conduct competitive activity analyses.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with advanced analysis functions (pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
