1. Develop and update event guidelines for international markets.
2. Collaborate with internal teams on the production, development, and monitoring of a specific event format globally.
3. Coordinate and verify all content and invitations for events.
4. Assist team members with logistics and organizational tasks.

1. Final year student in business school or university.
2. Experience in the luxury sector or event management is preferred.

1. Strong attention to detail and proactivity.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
5. Fluent in French and English for daily professional use.
