- Develop and update event guidelines for international markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams on the production, development, and monitoring of a specific event format globally.
- Coordinate and verify all content and invitations for events.
- Assist team members with logistics and organizational tasks.
- Final year student in business school or university.
- Experience in the luxury sector or event management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proactivity.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Fluent in French and English for daily professional use.
