1. Develop and update event guidelines for international markets.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to produce, develop, and oversee a specific event format globally, from inception to execution.
3. Coordinate and verify all content and invitations necessary for events.
4. Assist team members with logistics such as hotel, flight, and train arrangements, as well as organizational tasks including timelines and follow-ups.

1. Final-year student in business school or university, preferably with experience in the luxury or event sectors.

1. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
3. Fluency in French and English for professional use.

Prior experience in the luxury or event management sector is preferred.
