Chanel Event Production Coordinator Internship

- Manage and coordinate security arrangements for events, including hosts, security agents, and medical personnel, from planning to execution.
- Create and oversee the production of event menus in collaboration with caterers and chefs.
- Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and return of partner beverages for each event.
- Maintain and update the event team's stock inventory.
- Develop gifting proposals, manage orders, and oversee the packaging and delivery of gifts for events.
- Create guidelines, book hosts and spaces, manage schedules, and coordinate with various departments for event execution.
- Consolidate and manage event needs, such as gifts and calligraphy, ensuring proper follow-up with guidelines.
- Prepare formal proposals using PowerPoint templates for various event components.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for partners and team members attending events.
- Assist project managers with event billing and be available on-site during events.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, event management, or business.
- At least one prior experience in event management.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both English and French.
At least one prior experience in event management is required.
Bachelor's degree in communication, event management, or business.
