Event Production Coordinator Intern

1. Manage and coordinate event security arrangements, including hosts, security agents, and emergency medical staff.
2. Create and coordinate event menus from briefing to production in partnership with caterers and chefs.
3. Coordinate the order, delivery, and return of partner beverages for each event.
4. Maintain the event stock inventory for the team.
5. Develop gifting proposals for each project, manage orders, packaging, and delivery.
6. Create guidelines, book hosts and spaces, manage schedules, order materials, and coordinate with various services.
7. Consolidate event needs such as gifts and calligraphy, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Prepare PowerPoint presentations according to established templates.
9. Coordinate and book travel for partners and team members attending events.
10. Assist project managers with event billing.
11. Be available on-site during events, accommodating extended hours.

1. Higher education in communication, event management, or commerce.
2. At least one prior experience in event management.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Punctuality and team spirit.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in English and French.

Higher education in communication, event management, or commerce.
