1. Provide technical and administrative support for event packaging projects.
2. Collect technical information from suppliers and create product specifications in PLM Team Center.
3. Manage documentation flows and quality control shipments.
4. Input purchasing data into SAP and update pricing information.
5. Process and receive orders in Coupa and manage purchase accounting.
6. Collaborate with Artistic Direction, Marketing, factories, and suppliers for product development.
7. Ensure product development aligns with Chanel's brand codes.
8. Conduct supplier briefs and assess technical feasibility and project timelines.
9. Oversee product design and technical specifications until completion.
10. Participate in approval processes with Artistic Direction, including travel as necessary.
11. Manage procurement of new products and conduct supplier selection processes.
12. Develop supplier panels and initiate tenders based on purchasing strategy.
13. Validate project costings and oversee supply chain coordination for product launches.

1. Minimum education of Bac+2/3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
2. Experience in purchasing and/or development within packaging or promotional accessories in the beauty or luxury sector.

1. Attention to detail, curiosity, responsiveness, and teamwork.
2. Proficiency in data management and IT tools, ideally SAP and Team Center.
3. Technical knowledge in packaging, preferably including textiles.
4. Product sensitivity and a good command of English.

Experience in purchasing and/or development within the packaging or promotional accessories sector, particularly in beauty or luxury.

Bac+2/3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
