1. Coordinate and oversee transport operations for events, exhibitions, photoshoots, and fashion shows both domestically and internationally.
2. Define requirements and schedules in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
3. Identify and negotiate with suitable transport partners, ensuring adherence to internal budgets.
4. Develop detailed retro-planning and operational processes.
5. Manage end-to-end operations and billing follow-up.
6. Support transport operations for Image, Haute Couture, and Press departments, including urgent and recurring needs.
7. Develop specific processes for various transport types, such as temporary flows and high-value or hazardous products.
8. Participate in the management and development of the service provider portfolio, ensuring compliance with Chanel's standards.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and associated systems by implementing innovative solutions and enhancing existing procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Transport, Supply Chain, or a related commercial field.
2. Approximately 3 years of operational experience in transport and customs, with exposure to complex and demanding environments.

1. Strong project management skills with a focus on achieving results.
2. Ability to handle stress and maintain diplomacy in dynamic situations.
3. Excellent communication skills and situational intelligence.
4. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Strong IT skills.

Approximately 3 years of operational experience in transport and customs, ideally within the fashion or event sectors.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Transport, Supply Chain, or a related commercial field.
