- Assist in the operational organization of seminars to ensure their smooth execution.
- Aid in the creation of content, both in design and substance, for use in events and internal programs.
- Update various support materials (Excel and PowerPoint) in compliance with Chanel's guidelines and standards.
- Liaise with external contacts to ensure the successful execution of internal seminars.
- Contribute to the dissemination of Chanel's brand culture through event management, aligning with the brand's identity and ongoing cultural transformation.
- Conduct research on various topics related to the department.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program at a business or communication school, seeking an internship as part of the third year or during a gap year.
- Previous experience in event coordination is preferred.
- Recognized for rigor and proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Curiosity, creativity, and agility with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Project management skills in a demanding environment.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with digital tools such as Teams, Wooclap, Canva, etc.
Previous experience in event coordination is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in business or communication.
