1. Assist in the operational organization of seminars to ensure their smooth execution.
2. Aid in the creation of content, both in design and substance, for use in events and internal programs.
3. Update various support materials (Excel and PowerPoint) in compliance with Chanel's guidelines and standards.
4. Liaise with external contacts to ensure the successful execution of internal seminars.
5. Contribute to the dissemination of Chanel's brand culture through event management, aligning with the brand's identity and ongoing cultural transformation.
6. Conduct research on various topics related to the department.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program at a business or communication school, seeking an internship as part of the third year or during a gap year.
2. Previous experience in event coordination is preferred.
3. Recognized for rigor and proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

2. Project management skills in a demanding environment.
3. Proactive and innovative mindset.
4. Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Comfortable with digital tools such as Teams, Wooclap, Canva, etc.

Previous experience in event coordination is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in business or communication.
