1. Collaborate in drafting event briefs for event agencies.
2. Assist in researching and selecting venues for events.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes.
4. Aid in managing event budgets.
5. Coordinate invitations and guest lists.
6. Support event logistics, including setup and configuration.
7. Assist in managing participants and speakers.
8. Develop and write event guidelines for key projects in various markets.
9. Support local markets in planning and executing events.
10. Conduct competitive event analysis.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in project management, event management, communication, or a related field.
2. Proven knowledge of project and/or event organization.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team.
2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, responsive, and motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Autonomous in priority management and problem-solving.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Bilingual in French and English.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic experience in event management or communication is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
