1. Collaborate in drafting event briefs for event agencies.
2. Assist in researching and selecting venues for events.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes.
4. Aid in managing the event budget.
5. Coordinate invitations for events.
6. Support event logistics, including setup and configuration.
7. Assist in managing participants and speakers.
8. Develop and draft event guidelines for key projects in various markets.
9. Support local markets in planning and executing events.
10. Conduct competitive event analysis.

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in project management, event management, communication, or a related field.

1. Strong knowledge of project and/or event organization.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team.
3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, responsive, and motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Autonomous in managing priorities, ensuring adherence to schedules, and proactive in problem-solving.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
8. Bilingual in French and English.

No specific professional experience required, but relevant academic background in event management or related fields is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in project management, event management, communication, or a related field.

The internship offers a comprehensive integration program, including training on the history and products of Chanel Parfums Beauté.
