1. Collaborate in drafting event briefs for event agencies.
2. Assist in researching and selecting venues for events.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes.
4. Support event budget management.
5. Coordinate invitations for events.
6. Assist with event logistics, including setup and configuration.
7. Aid in managing participants and speakers.
8. Develop and draft event guidelines for key market projects.
9. Support local markets in planning and executing local events.
10. Conduct competitive event analysis.

1. Student in project management, event management, communication, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in project and/or event organization.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team.
2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
3. Meticulous, organized, flexible, responsive, and motivated.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and availability.
5. Autonomous in priority management, ensuring adherence to schedules and problem-solving.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Bilingual in French and English.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in event management or related fields is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
