1. Collaborate in drafting event briefs for event agencies.
2. Assist in researching and selecting event venues.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes.
4. Aid in managing the event budget.
5. Coordinate invitations and guest lists.
6. Support event logistics, including setup and configuration.
7. Assist in managing participants and speakers.
8. Develop and draft event guidelines for key projects.
9. Support local markets in planning and executing local events.
10. Conduct competitive event analysis.

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in project management, event management, communication, or a related field.

1. Strong knowledge of project and/or event organization.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team.
3. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, responsive, and motivated.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and availability.
6. Autonomous in managing priorities and ensuring adherence to schedules.
7. Proactive in problem-solving.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Bilingual in French and English.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with event planning is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.

Interns will experience a comprehensive onboarding process, including training on the history and products of Chanel Parfums Beauté.
