- Develop and implement the Europe Fashion training strategy, focusing on blended learning approaches.
- Revise and update training programs to integrate digital, in-person, and personalized learning experiences.
- Adapt training materials to align with European strategic specifics, ensuring local relevance and coherence.
- Promote and deploy blended learning culture through Train the Trainer sessions across regions.
- Design and adapt digital educational content that reflects Chanel's ethos and engages retail teams.
- Update and optimize the e-learning application, analyze KPIs, and support teams in digital tool usage.
- Facilitate the European trainer community, focusing on current topics and initiatives.
- Establish a data collection system for learning activities in Europe and create a data visualization dashboard.
- Contribute to the annual report for Europe Fashion Learning activities.
- Support the deployment of a coaching follow-up solution, managing projects between solution providers and markets.
- Participate in the local launch of the coaching solution, including team training and follow-up.
- Enhance the coaching tool with development opportunity grids.
- Previous experience in project management, ideally within training, marketing, or communication.
- Strong digital aptitude with proficiency in office software, visual creation tools, and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and precision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Candidates should have prior experience in project management, preferably related to training, marketing, or communication.
