1. Provide professional skincare treatments following Chanel's established procedures and standards.
2. Recommend personalized maintenance programs and products for home use, including instruction on best techniques.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's brand heritage, modernity, and expertise, sharing insights with clients and team members.
4. Create bespoke client experiences, offering personalized solutions and building long-lasting client relationships.
5. Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets and leveraging products, services, and client data to enhance client retention and acquisition.

1. Accredited certification in Aesthetics.
2. Minimum of five years experience in a luxury spa environment.

4. Team-oriented with a passion for the spa industry and client satisfaction.

Competitive base salary: $60,000-$64,000 CAD.
