Chanel ESG Reporting and Performance Project Manager

- Define and manage the strategic roadmap for the ESG performance program.
- Develop and implement a robust sustainability reporting framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across departments such as Sustainability, Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
- Facilitate the execution of the program, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and address challenges in program implementation, enhancing information flow and decision-making processes.
- Support the Director of Governance and ESG Program in executing her projects.
- Develop and execute a communication and change management plan for the program.
- Create engaging communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
- Organize and lead change management sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in consulting or corporate roles, focusing on change management and complex project coordination.
- Experience in ESG reporting and an understanding of related regulations and methodologies.
- Proven ability to work in dynamic environments and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic vision and project management expertise.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital and analytical tools, such as Power BI.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 7 years in consulting or corporate roles, with a focus on change management and complex project coordination, ideally within organizational transformation projects.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
