1. Lead the design and management of a global governance framework for ESG due diligence, including the establishment of committees and procedures in collaboration with Divisions, Regions, and Corporate teams.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG risk assessment methodology, identifying and prioritizing key risks for integration into the company's strategy.
3. Oversee supplier assessment controls, including self-assessments, audits, and corrective actions, and propose enhancements for internal reporting and governance.
4. Consolidate and analyze ESG indicators across divisions and regions to establish strategic priorities aligned with regulations and corporate objectives.
5. Manage internal due diligence reporting and contribute to external ESG reports, ensuring alignment with supply chain requirements.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor practices in supplier assessment and due diligence to propose necessary model evolutions.
7. Facilitate cross-divisional alignment and strategic governance initiatives, fostering a unified ESG strategy across the organization.
