Chanel ESG Due Diligence & Governance Manager

- Lead the design and management of a global governance framework for ESG due diligence, including the establishment of committees and procedures in collaboration with Divisions, Regions, and Corporate teams.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG risk assessment methodology, identifying and prioritizing key risks for integration into the company's strategy.
- Oversee supplier assessment controls, including self-assessments, audits, and corrective actions, and propose enhancements for internal reporting and governance.
- Consolidate and analyze ESG indicators across divisions and regions to establish strategic priorities aligned with regulations and corporate objectives.
- Manage internal due diligence reporting and contribute to external ESG reports, ensuring alignment with supply chain requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor practices in supplier assessment and due diligence to propose necessary model evolutions.
- Facilitate cross-divisional alignment and strategic governance initiatives, fostering a unified ESG strategy across the organization.
- Expertise in designing and managing high-level governance committees.
- Strong understanding of operational and divisional issues within a corporate environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in KPI consolidation and trend analysis.
- Proven experience in ESG committee facilitation and risk mapping project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability to evolving regulatory landscapes and comfort with ambiguity.
