Chanel ERP Project Manager (Odoo) — Jewellery

1. Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP projects for the jewellery business, encompassing requirements capture, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration and go‑live.
2. Define project scope, milestones, resource plans and budgets; monitor progress and proactively mitigate risks to deliver on time and on budget.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product development, manufacturing, inventory, retail, finance, compliance) to translate business processes into system requirements and workflows.
4. Oversee technical delivery including module configuration (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting), customizations, API integrations and data migration strategy.
5. Coordinate internal and external teams — business analysts, developers, integrators and third‑party vendors — ensuring alignment with luxury jewellery operational constraints (traceability, hallmarking, serialisation, repair/warranty workflows).
6. Design and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and lead user acceptance testing with key business users.
7. Prepare and deliver training, documentation and post‑go‑live hypercare; establish support processes and continuous improvement roadmaps.
8. Ensure compliance with local regulatory and financial requirements and enforce strong data governance and security practices.

1. Proven expertise in implementing Odoo across core modules; demonstrable track record of Odoo project delivery.
2. Solid understanding of jewellery or luxury retail operations, including inventory lifecycle, manufacturing/assembly processes and after‑sales services.
3. Experience managing cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders and third‑party integrators.
4. Strong project management credentials; PMP, Prince2 or comparable certification preferred.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data migration, testing methodologies and creating technical documentation.
6. Fluency in project governance, change management and stakeholder communications at senior levels.

Typically 5+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least 2 years specifically on Odoo projects; prior exposure to luxury retail or jewellery operations is strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience accepted.
