Chanel Environmental Analysis and Performance Project Manager

- Define and implement KPIs to evaluate the impact of activities and drive the Division's sustainability strategy.
- Develop methodologies for calculating environmental footprints, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including life cycle assessments, to identify improvement levers.
- Maintain an updated database of emission factors.
- Monitor indicator evolution and propose reduction action plans.
- Develop dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with CSR, Finance, and business teams to define and build action levers.
- Ensure compliance and monitor CSR reporting frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of sectoral methodological standards.
- Participate in the design and development of CSR reporting tools.
- Contribute to the drafting of CSR, CSRD reports, and internal/external communications on Chanel's environmental performance.
- Expertise in sustainability, particularly in climate, nature, circular economy, life cycle analysis, and carbon emission reduction.
- Proficiency in reporting and impact assessment standards and methodologies (GHG Protocol, CSRD, SBTi, SBTN, etc.).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in environmental reporting and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Motivation to advance environmental practices in the luxury sector.
4 to 5 years of confirmed experience in CSR reporting, consulting, or a similar role, ideally within the luxury industry.
Master's degree in Environment, Engineering, or CSR from an engineering school or university.
