1. Define and implement KPIs to evaluate the impact of activities and drive the Division's sustainability strategy.
2. Develop methodologies for calculating environmental footprints, risks, and opportunities.
3. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including life cycle assessments, to identify improvement levers.
4. Maintain an updated database of emission factors.
5. Monitor indicator evolution and propose reduction action plans.
6. Develop dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with CSR, Finance, and business teams to define and build action levers.
8. Ensure compliance and monitor CSR reporting frameworks.
9. Contribute to the development of sectoral methodological standards.
10. Participate in the design and development of CSR reporting tools.
11. Contribute to the drafting of CSR, CSRD reports, and internal/external communications on Chanel's environmental performance.

1. Expertise in sustainability, particularly in climate, nature, circular economy, life cycle analysis, and carbon emission reduction.
2. Proficiency in reporting and impact assessment standards and methodologies (GHG Protocol, CSRD, SBTi, SBTN, etc.).
3. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in environmental reporting and analysis tools.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
4. Motivation to advance environmental practices in the luxury sector.

4 to 5 years of confirmed experience in CSR reporting, consulting, or a similar role, ideally within the luxury industry.

Master's degree in Environment, Engineering, or CSR from an engineering school or university.
