- Design, develop, and facilitate in-store training modules focusing on product knowledge, service behaviors, and selling skills.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Leadership Team to identify training needs and implement learning-based solutions.
- Deliver training through various methods, including classroom instruction and digital platforms.
- Provide leadership and direction on training methodologies to ensure learning effectiveness.
- Evaluate training outcomes and refine strategies to enhance team performance.
- Organize and lead product and service training sessions in collaboration with Fashion Education.
- Support the Boutique Leadership Team in monitoring training quality and impact through KPI analysis and feedback.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury or high service-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to groups.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and coach team members effectively.
- Creative and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Passion for client experience and the House of Chanel.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
A minimum of 5 years in a luxury or high service-oriented environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range is $85,000 to $105,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
