Chanel E-Commerce Project Assistant Intern

- Assist the E-Merchandising Project Manager in various tasks and projects.
- Contribute to the animation of 45 Chanel.com sites across Europe.
- Involve in product launches and campaign rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with various departments within Chanel Europe and maintain regular contact with European markets and international divisions.
- Manage product catalog for e-commerce and experiential markets, including product activations and stock management.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Implement the E-merchandising plan according to campaign schedules.
- Support markets in campaign launches and coordinate with technical, marketing, CRM, media, supply, operations, and customer service teams.
- Monitor sites for bugs and follow up on resolutions.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices in the region.
- Contribute to campaign analysis and KPI sharing across Europe.
- Communicate with customer service regarding the Parfums Beauté catalog.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple daily requests.
- Methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive and curious with a sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Passion for digital, e-business, and online customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varied timelines.
- Experience working in multicultural teams.
- Strong affinity for luxury and beauty products and campaigns.
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
The internship offers exposure to various facets of site management, combining campaign management, customer experience, and commercial challenges. Interns will develop technical e-commerce skills and gain a business vision in an international context, collaborating with diverse teams to enhance teamwork and multicultural understanding.
