- Manage the operational aspects of the Chanel Parfums Beauté catalogue, ensuring accurate and appealing product presentation on Chanel.com worldwide.
- Coordinate product enrichment for new releases across all e-commerce touchpoints, collaborating with international marketing, artistic direction, and editorial teams.
- Update product pages in collaboration with international marketing, regulatory, editorial, and market teams.
- Oversee the online publication of campaign tutorials and sample availability.
- Support local markets in catalogue management and PIM tool proficiency.
- Monitor and resolve catalogue-related issues across Chanel.com sites.
- Ensure product visibility within list pages, filters, and internal search engine according to global e-merchandising guidelines.
- Assist markets with e-merchandising through training and support documentation creation.
- Analyze e-commerce performance and key actions implemented.
- Conduct competitive and technological market analysis.
- Support the launch of new features to enhance customer experience and conversion rates on Chanel.com.
- Assist markets with local initiatives and contribute to process and tool optimization discussions.
- Aid in the expansion into new markets on Chanel.com or with e-retailers.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school or equivalent in digital marketing, with a preferred schedule of 4 days in the company and 1 day at school per week.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital roles.
- Recognized for rigor, logical thinking, and proactivity.
- Strong team spirit with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior successful experience in an e-commerce or digital function is required.
Master's degree in progress, preferably in digital marketing.
A comprehensive integration program including training on the history and products of Chanel Parfums Beauté.
