- Assist the E-Merchandising Project Manager with various tasks and projects.
- Contribute to the management and animation of 45 Chanel.com sites across Europe.
- Facilitate product launches and campaign rollouts in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Implement the E-merchandising plan across markets based on campaign schedules.
- Support markets in campaign launches and coordinate with international divisions and technical teams.
- Monitor websites for bugs and oversee their resolution.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices in the region.
- Contribute to campaign analysis and share results through KPIs.
- Engage with customer service on catalog-related inquiries.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Interest in digital business and online customer experience.
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
The internship offers exposure to various aspects of site management, campaign execution, and customer experience, providing a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce operations within a luxury brand.
