Chanel E-commerce Operations Coordinator Intern

- Coordinate e-commerce operations to ensure seamless order execution by liaising with various teams and monitoring both physical and IT processes.
- Communicate effectively with operational teams including customer service, logistics, supply chain, merchandising, IT, and finance.
- Handle disputes and manage returns efficiently.
- Strengthen the connection between EU headquarters and international colleagues.
- Maintain omnichannel activities across more than 20 boutiques in 8 countries.
- Manage e-commerce campaigns and critical periods, such as year-end.
- Develop and implement forecasting and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) models.
- Manage relationships with carriers and monitor delivery performance, including handling transport disputes.
- Analyze e-commerce data to address specific business needs and propose improvements.
- Prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the website functions optimally with each update and test new features, suggesting enhancements.
- Pursuing higher education (BAC+4 / BAC+5) in engineering or business, with a focus on logistics or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain.
- Previous professional experience in a related area.
- Dynamic and organized with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of another European language is advantageous.
Some professional experience in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain is required.
Pursuing higher education (BAC+4 / BAC+5), ideally in engineering or business school.
