Chanel E-Business Junior Manager

- Oversee and manage e-commerce channels and key areas of e-commerce operations.
- Assist the E-Business Senior Manager to enhance productivity and ensure seamless digital channel activations.
- Follow up on e-commerce operations and orchestrate campaigns across digital touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless catalog execution, including activation and discontinuation.
- Drive e-merchandising excellence and localization for digital channels.
- Execute e-commerce activation projects and run features follow-up and testing within digital channels.
- Manage personalization, A/B testing, and UX analytics.
- Oversee online appointment booking management and other site services, such as Store Locator.
- Monitor boutique projects and partner with the Client Care team to resolve platform issues.
- Ensure website functionality aligns with customer and business needs.
- Support in preparing business cases for new channel openings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in D2C; experience with marketplaces is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; experience with marketplace platforms is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing, web analytics, and social media.
- Strategic thinking with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in direct-to-consumer (D2C) environments. Experience with marketplaces is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
