E-Business Junior Manager

1. Oversee and manage e-commerce channels and key areas of e-commerce operations
2. Assist the E-Business Senior Manager to increase productivity of area operations
3. Ensure seamless activations within digital channels
4. Follow up on e-commerce operations
5. Orchestrate campaigns within digital touchpoints
6. Execute seamless and mastered catalog execution
7. Ensure e-merchandising excellence and localization for digital channels
8. Execute e-commerce activation projects
9. Run and follow up on features/testing within digital channels
10. Manage personalization, AB testing, and UX analytics
11. Oversee online appointment booking management and operations
12. Monitor boutique projects
13. Partner with Client Care team to resolve client issues on the platform
14. Ensure website functionality meets customer and business needs
15. Support in business case preparations for new channel openings

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field
2. 3 to 5 years proven experience in e-commerce, preferably D2C
3. Experience with marketplaces is a plus
4. Fluent in Spanish and English

4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
5. In-depth knowledge of online marketing, web analytics, and social media

7. Keen attention to detail

3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in direct-to-consumer (D2C) environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field.
