Chanel E-Business Development Manager

- Lead the development of the F&BP e-business, focusing on the Kakao giftshop channel.
- Establish a clear roadmap for the Kakao ecosystem to accelerate sales and identify new opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with operators to acquire analytics and customer data.
- Foster a winning mindset across departments including communication, marketing, e-business, and customer experience teams.
- Collaborate closely with Global and Regional teams to develop new initiatives and relevant assets.
- Plan and monitor the budget for e-marketplace activities and manage P&L.
- Understand external touchpoints and customer journeys to accelerate business figures and enhance customer data acquisition and utilization.
- Plan the Kakao giftshop budget and sales MTP, and roll out campaign plans.
- Propose digital marketing strategies based on Kakao giftshop analysis to division and corporate teams.
- Create and develop innovative initiatives for sustainable e-marketplace growth.
- Communicate with Global and Regional teams about e-marketplace campaigns and project plans.
- Prepare for the evolution phase of Kakao giftshop boost and omni-channel activation.
- Collaborate with the CX team to set up member acquisition and retention plans for Kakao giftshop.
- Work closely with paid and owned media teams to ensure a seamless digital client journey within the Kakao Talk platform.
- Monitor data to define strategies for increasing client value and plan segmentation to engage with Kakao giftshop customers.
- University degree or equivalent
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and deliver results in a competitive, fast-evolving environment
- Digital mindset and understanding of omni-channel customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer and digital literacy, including MS Office and online business/communication
- Professional command of written and spoken English
Minimum of 3 years' experience in online merchandising, CRM, e-retail, or e-commerce within the luxury, beauty, or online platform sectors. Hands-on experience in digital marketing and familiarity with working in cross-functional and global teams.
University graduate or equivalent
