Chanel Documentation Tools Project Manager

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of documentation and knowledge-management tool projects, from requirements capture through deployment and stabilisation.
- Define functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders, information owners and IT teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams including IT, legal, compliance, taxonomy/metadata specialists and vendor partners.
- Manage project plans, budgets and timelines; track risks, issues and dependencies and report status to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee data migration, content modelling, metadata governance and taxonomy implementation to ensure information discoverability and compliance.
- Design and deliver user acceptance testing (UAT), change-management activities and training materials to secure adoption.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts and SLAs for third-party software and implementation partners.
- Establish operational processes, documentation standards and governance for long-term maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience delivering information-management or documentation-tool projects (document management systems, knowledge bases or similar).
- Solid understanding of metadata, taxonomy and content lifecycle management.
- Demonstrable experience working with cross-disciplinary stakeholders in a matrixed, corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in project planning, risk management and reporting.
- Fluency in French and professional working knowledge of English preferred for cross-border collaboration.

Typically 3–6 years of progressive experience managing IT or information-management projects, preferably with direct exposure to document management systems, knowledge bases or enterprise content platforms. Experience within luxury retail, fashion, cosmetics or similarly regulated industries is advantageous.
Degree in Information Systems, Library/Information Science, Computer Science, Business or equivalent; project-management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) desirable.
