1. Lead and manage a cohesive team to achieve brand performance, financial health, and client engagement objectives.
2. Motivate and encourage teamwork, providing coaching and focusing on staff development.
3. Plan and execute resource requirements to meet service levels and maintain productivity.
4. Troubleshoot and solve problems proactively during daily distribution center operations.
5. Ensure best-in-class order fulfillment and maintain healthy stock turnover.
6. Manage non-merchandise Greenhub efficiently, aiming to reduce waste and reuse products.
7. Maintain high security levels in stock handling areas and uphold Health & Safety standards.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
9. Coordinate and lead supply chain projects focusing on employee engagement and digitalization.
10. Promote high standards of communication and deliver operational excellence.
11. Report operational updates to the Head of Supply Chain and suggest improvements.

1. University graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related discipline.

1. Leadership and people management skills
2. Collaboration skills
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English
4. Chinese language proficiency is a plus
5. High energy for managing operations and staff development

Experience in supply chain or logistics management, with a focus on warehouse operations and team leadership.

University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
