ChanelDirector of Supplier Assessment

- Lead the structuring and organization of the Supplier Assessment department across four domains.
- Implement a monitoring system for reporting to management and propose relevant action plans.
- Drive the evolution of the global Supplier Assessment model to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with future supplier obligations and integrate them into various activity domains.
- Establish and lead cross-functional governance with Sustainability, ESG Performance, and Corporate teams.
- Prepare and align topics with stakeholders for governance meetings with the Division management.
- Actively participate in raising internal awareness of ESG issues in the value chain.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in ESG/Supplier Assessment or Sustainability.
- Experience in operational Supply Chain or Operations/Production is a plus.
- Leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different business contexts and simplify complex topics.
- Curiosity, creativity, and active listening.
- Coordination of cross-functional activities.
- Facilitation of workgroups and meetings.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 15 years in ESG/Supplier Assessment or Sustainability, with successful experience in managing a wide network of partners on ESG pillars.
Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
