Director of Supplier Assessment

1. Lead the structuring and organization of the Supplier Assessment department across four domains.
2. Implement a monitoring system for reporting to management and propose relevant action plans.
3. Drive the evolution of the global Supplier Assessment model to identify and mitigate risks.
4. Ensure compliance with future supplier obligations and integrate them into various activity domains.
5. Establish and lead cross-functional governance with Sustainability, ESG Performance, and Corporate teams.
6. Prepare and align topics with stakeholders for governance meetings with the Division management.
7. Actively participate in raising internal awareness of ESG issues in the value chain.

1. Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in ESG/Supplier Assessment or Sustainability.
3. Experience in operational Supply Chain or Operations/Production is a plus.

4. Coordination of cross-functional activities.
5. Facilitation of workgroups and meetings.
6. Project management skills.
7. Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 15 years in ESG/Supplier Assessment or Sustainability, with successful experience in managing a wide network of partners on ESG pillars.

Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
