- Design and implement effective organizational models aligned with growth and innovation strategies.
- Analyze and optimize organizational performance, including governance and role clarity.
- Lead end-to-end organizational transformations in partnership with HR and business units.
- Ensure adherence to organizational principles and structure consistency.
- Optimize key HR processes such as workforce planning and compensation.
- Enhance HR cost efficiency while maintaining employee experience and employer attractiveness.
- Manage HR data compliance and reporting in collaboration with expert teams.
- Define and analyze relevant HR KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to HR digitalization and process automation projects.
- Oversee the People budget process and ensure payroll control.
- Support leaders in economic management of organizations.
- Manage the Salary Bonus Plan for Parfums Beauté activities.
- Contribute to compensation policy projects and social evolution initiatives.
- Coordinate the NAO process with the Director of Social Relations.
- Monitor equity and compliance indicators and coordinate annual HR reports.
- Lead the HR MTP and associated roadmap with the HR Director and HR Executive Committee.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among local HR teams and global functions.
- Animate international HR communities and share best practices.
- Lead strategic cross-functional or ad hoc projects.
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, university, or MBA.
- Proven experience (10–15 years) in organizational performance, HR transformation, or strategic consulting.
- Strong background in international environments, ideally in luxury, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
- Expertise in organization design and HR performance.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strategic vision and result orientation.
- Sensitivity to brand, creation, and innovation environments.
- Analytical and modeling capabilities.
- Influential leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate business, creative, and human challenges.
- Complex and multicultural project management.
10–15 years of confirmed experience in organizational performance, HR transformation, or strategic consulting, with a strong background in international environments, ideally in luxury, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
Advanced degree in business, engineering, university, or MBA.
