1. Define and oversee the enterprise architecture, ensuring functional and technical coherence.
2. Develop and evolve architectural frameworks, including application mapping, processes, and data flows.
3. Establish and advocate for architectural standards and best practices within the Fashion Division.
4. Ensure alignment of projects with architectural blueprints and standards through the Enterprise Architecture Council.
5. Design and govern cloud, system, and infrastructure architectures, ensuring security, performance, and resilience.
6. Lead the transformation and modernization of infrastructures towards cloud and new technological paradigms.
7. Evaluate and integrate new technological solutions to anticipate IT system evolutions.
8. Collaborate with DevOps and Software Factory teams for environment industrialization and automation.
9. Direct the development and maintenance of enterprise application integrations.
10. Design, govern, and secure integration services and API management.
11. Supervise the integration roadmap in line with business and technological needs.
12. Implement and enhance technical, functional, and architectural documentation.
13. Promote knowledge capitalization and sharing processes within the IT department.
14. Identify and develop strategic competencies for IT system evolution and digital transformation.
15. Define the technological roadmap for emerging and innovative topics.
16. Foster continuous learning and agility among team members.
17. Encourage cross-functional collaboration with other technical and business departments.

1. Proven experience (minimum 15 years) in enterprise architecture, system integration, and digital transformation in complex international or multi-brand environments.
2. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and strategic projects with significant business impact.
3. Successful experience in cloud migration and modernization projects and integration of innovative solutions.
4. Mastery of IT environments in retail, luxury, or e-commerce sectors, with deep knowledge of business challenges, data, and customer experience.
5. Strong sensitivity to innovation, digital transformation, and change management in demanding organizations.

1. Expertise in enterprise architecture, application mapping, and process modeling.
2. Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid infrastructures, and security, performance, and resilience challenges.
3. Solid experience in system integration (API Management, ESB, ETL, scheduling) and application interoperability.
4. Proven skills in data governance, flow management, and data quality in multi-application contexts.
5. Active monitoring and deep understanding of emerging technologies.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, and digital transformation, ideally in complex international or multi-brand environments.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
