- Oversee an integrated Talent Acquisition and Talent Management function across all corporate functions and divisions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities and recruitment agencies.
- Train and support hiring managers in best practices for interviewing and candidate experience.
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Champion internal mobility by connecting talents with opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to align internal mobility efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal talent initiatives.
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition and talent management leader.
- Ability to develop, execute, and maintain processes and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The anticipated base salary range is $133,000-$160,000, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
