1. Oversee an integrated Talent Acquisition and Talent Management function across all corporate functions and divisions.
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
3. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities and recruitment agencies.
4. Train and support hiring managers in best practices for interviewing and candidate experience.
5. Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
6. Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.
7. Champion internal mobility by connecting talents with opportunities for growth.
8. Collaborate with department heads to align internal mobility efforts with business goals.
9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal talent initiatives.

1. Proven experience as a talent acquisition and talent management leader.
2. Ability to develop, execute, and maintain processes and initiatives.

The anticipated base salary range is $133,000-$160,000, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
