Chanel Digital Transformation Project Manager

The Transformation Office within this division plays a pivotal role in upskilling the internal digital community through a variety of educational initiatives, ensuring that Chanel remains at the forefront of digital transformation.
- Manage the Digital Academy learning content as a product, coordinating projects led by the Transformation Office at Digital Europe.
- Oversee the deployment of blended learning programs, including e-learning, training days, and mentoring sessions.
- Train and guide an intern in producing an engaging Digital Europe newsletter for a wide internal audience.
- Utilize key digital platforms such as Monday.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Organize and host Digital Series Webinars, selecting speakers and managing replay distribution.
- Drive internal events such as the Digital Summit, coordinating workshops and managing logistics.
- Promote digital initiatives and foster adoption within local and regional teams.
- Share insights on trends and best practices, supporting the adoption of new tools and approaches.
- Facilitate team meetings and contribute to an engaging team culture.
- Develop and manage academic partnerships with a Master's program, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Fluent in English and French, with frequent interactions with international stakeholders.
- Project management, including task tracking and team coordination.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools like Monday.com, Klaxoon, and Microsoft 365.
- Content production and communication skills for e-learning and webinars.
- Experience in digital learning and instructional design.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a focus on learning and development initiatives.
