- Develop training tools related to After-Sales Services expertise for Chanel's international community of artisans.
- Design blended learning modules focusing on Leather Goods and Costume Jewelry, combining in-person and digital formats.
- Administer the digital platform, managing artisan profiles, live sessions, and digital workshops.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to create digital modules, videos, and briefings.
- Animate the artisan community by consolidating feedback and proposing improvements to training tools.
- Previous experience in training, digital tools, content writing, and video editing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Office 365.
- Ability to synthesize information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for craftsmanship.
A minimum of one year of experience in a related field, particularly in training or digital content creation.
