- Coordinate the annual exercise and quarterly management of the digital roadmap, ensuring the collection and consolidation of business needs from the Fashion division and regions.
- Facilitate quarterly reviews of priorities with Digital experts and ensure corporate team alignment on chanel.com platform needs.
- Relay information to digital project managers and maintain visibility on the roadmap for partner teams.
- Participate in quarterly monitoring of digital platform delivery.
- Prepare and lead regular governance meetings with Fashion business teams and regions, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up.
- Update digital project management tools based on various interactions.
- Address ad hoc needs such as facilitating exchanges and project framing.
- Pursuing a degree in management, marketing, or communication.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Adaptability to complex and dynamic environments.
- Strategic understanding and sensitivity to Digital, Client, Product, Retail, and Fashion and Luxury sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with digital project coordination is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a degree program in management, marketing, or communication.
