Chanel Digital Project Coordination Intern

- Coordinate with Fashion business teams, regional teams, and other divisions to ensure alignment on digital strategies.
- Facilitate regular meetings with partners within Fashion and regional teams, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Update dMap, the central tool for Digital team governance tracking, based on various discussions.
- Participate in meetings organized by other teams to represent the Fashion division's digital strategy.
- Coordinate with the team responsible for chanel.com to prioritize quarterly projects and ensure Fashion division needs are addressed.
- Relay information to digital project managers and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support the discovery phase of new local site roll-outs or new language implementations as needed.
- Assist in the quarterly prioritization of projects on the digital roadmap, ensuring cross-platform collaboration.
- Ensure effective information sharing with partners, including Fashion business teams, regions, and GDS.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of digital projects, including gathering business requirements and preparing digital briefs in collaboration with partners and the Digital team.
- Education in marketing and/or communication.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Strategic understanding and sensitivity to digital, client, product, retail, and luxury fashion issues.
- Proficiency in office software (Office Suite, Keynote).
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
No specific experience required, but a strong understanding of digital and luxury fashion industry dynamics is beneficial.
Degree in marketing or communication.
