1. Contribute to various e-service projects such as store locator, online appointment booking, and Click & Collect.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions, formalize project requirements, and oversee development timelines.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and market contacts for project implementation and launch.
4. Implement e-service campaigns across more than 25 markets.
5. Generate performance reports for digital tools, synthesizing insights and presenting findings to teams.
6. Attend meetings with digital partners in regions including the USA, Japan, UK, and China, and draft meeting minutes.
7. Create benchmarks for competitors' digital and omnichannel services.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University with a focus on Digital studies, ideally in the final year of study.
2. Demonstrated interest in luxury industry and digital project management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
3. Strong analytical abilities.
4. Fluent in English with an aptitude for working in an international environment.

Experience in digital project management or related fields is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Digital studies.
