1. Participate in project briefs with creative (graphic designers, UX/UI designers, art directors) and technical teams (Product Owners).
2. Monitor the design, development, and scheduling of ongoing projects.
3. Support the coordination of various stakeholders.
4. Conduct functional testing and design reviews of digital platforms (Chanel.com, Fashion APP, Haute Couture APP).
5. Assist in the production and updates of digital platforms.
6. Continuously contribute to optimizing UX/IX projects on platforms.
7. Participate in the creation of functional wireframes.
8. Support the implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
9. Conduct UX and functional research.

1. Proven interest in digital content management.
2. Recognized for rigor, involvement, analytical skills, interpersonal ease, and autonomy.

1. Proficiency in computer tools.
2. Experience with CMS and basic knowledge of Figma is a plus.
3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience that demonstrates interest in digital content management.
