1. Contribute to various e-service projects such as Store Locator, online appointment booking, and Click & Collect, including brainstorming, requirement formalization, development tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.
2. Implement e-service campaigns across more than 25 markets.
3. Generate performance reports for digital tools, analyzing data and synthesizing insights for team presentations.
4. Participate in meetings with digital partners from regions including the USA, Japan, UK, and China, and prepare meeting minutes.
5. Create benchmarks for competitors' digital and omnichannel services.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University with a focus on Digital studies, preferably in the final year of study.
2. Demonstrated interest in luxury, digital project management, and online user journeys.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Strong analytical abilities.
4. Fluent in English with the ability to thrive in an international environment.

No prior experience required, though an internship in a related field is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Digital studies.
